Contact me for a report on all the local new homes being built, as well as some still in the planning stages. (There are over two dozen that I know of right now, and you'd never find even half of them by just driving around.) 

Also, it can take days, weeks, or longer for changes to appear on some web sites. If you find new homes you think you may be interested in, on other web sites, such as the ones I have linked above, I'd be happy to check on their status for you - whether they are still on the market, under contract, in escrow, if the price has been reduced, etc. 

I'll also be able to gather other information for you, through my professional resources, such as how long the property has been on the market, when it was last sold, what it sold for, and more.
